InPowered® ROI Method — Single-User Lifetime License to Use

1. What you are buying

Your purchase grants one named individual a Single-User Lifetime License to Use the InPowered® ROI Method application, its guides, templates, reports, and related materials (the "Method"). You are licensed to use the Method with your own coaching clients. You are not buying the Method itself, any ownership interest in it, or the right to resell, sublicense, or teach it as your own.

2. Single user means only you

The license is personal to you and non-transferable. You agree to be the only person who signs in to and accesses the application. You will not share your account, password, magic links, sign-in link, or the application URL with any other person — including colleagues, assistants, co-coaches, clients, or other purchasers.

You are responsible for anything done through your account. If you believe your access has been shared or compromised, you agree to notify Quantum Endeavors, Inc. promptly.

3. Proprietary and confidential content

The Method, including its structure, sequence, question sets, scoring logic, assumptions, report layouts, and written guidance, is the proprietary property of Quantum Endeavors, Inc. and is protected by copyright (Copyright © 2026 Quantum Endeavors, Inc.).

You agree not to copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, scrape, screenshot for redistribution, or create derivative or competing tools, trainings, calculators, or templates based on the Method. Client-facing reports the application generates for your engagements may be shared with that client and their stakeholders in the form the application produces them.

4. Estimates, not guarantees

All figures, projections, ROI percentages, benefit values, confidence and isolation adjustments, and check-in results are directional estimates based on inputs you and your client provide. They are not audited financial statements, not a promise of results, and not a guarantee of any specific return, savings, revenue, retention, or performance outcome.

You agree to present outputs to clients as estimates for planning and decision-making guidance, and not to characterize them as guaranteed, verified, or assured results. You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs with your clients.

5. Client identity and data

You agree to use pseudonyms (for example, "Client 1" and "Company 1") rather than real client or company names in the application, and to keep identifying information in your own records. You are responsible for complying with your own client confidentiality obligations and applicable privacy laws.

6. Term and termination

The license lasts for the life of the product for you as an individual, subject to your compliance with these terms and, where applicable, continued good standing in the InPowered® program through which access is provided. Quantum Endeavors, Inc. may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, including any sharing of access.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Method is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Endeavors, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business decisions made in reliance on estimates produced by the application.
