InPowered® ROI Method using measures trusted by HR and Finance.

Build the measurement plan with your client at the start of the engagement, then prove the return at the end — on the Phillips 5-level methodology their HR and Finance leaders already recognize.

Start as a coach

For licensed InPowered coaches.

Guided, together

A five-step flow you run with your client: costs, outcomes, the two credibility questions, the number.

Level 4 → Level 5

Turns “she communicates better now” into a monetized figure, using the client's own data and standard conversion bridges.

Discounted by default

Isolation factor and confidence adjustment are baked in, not optional — the number arrives pre-discounted.

Client-ready one-pager

A clean printable summary your client's HR and Finance stakeholders can read without you in the room.

Why it holds up

Procurement and Finance are trained to be skeptical of vendor-provided value claims. So this tool discounts your number twice before anyone else sees it: once by the sponsor's own attribution estimate, and again by their stated confidence in it.

This isn't a coach bragging about impact. It's a number a CFO will believe.

  • Isolation factor. The sponsor says what share of the improvement the coaching earned. Market conditions and other training stay out.
  • Confidence adjustment. Their own confidence percentage further discounts the benefit before it's presented.
  • Benchmarks as context. ICF/PwC's 3:1–7:1 range sits beneath the client's own number — never competing with it.
